This is the page where we post pictures of captive herps taken by people within the local community. The pictures have been donated and are referenced. If you want to use them for any purpose we ask that
you contact us, so we can relay your plea for permission. We welcome any photographs of captive herps you may have to share. We do not welcome evidence of any captive herps that are kept illegally, as we
are ethically inclined to support all California Fish and Game regulations as well as CITES proposals and restrictions. We would prefer smaller (not too small!) file sizes, and we usually don't post blurry or
ill-defined pics. If you have pictures of native species out in the field, you may send them as well, however they will be posted either on the Photo Contributions page in the NATIVES index, or possibly, if sought
after, they may be used to represent species sightings in the NATIVES index listings.
